Thank you for enquiring at Blue Hills Lodge and giving us the opportunity to host your conference. Here is everything you’ll need to know about booking our function room.

The room seats up to 32 people, in conference style layout.Full Day

0-10 pax = R2000
10-20 pax = R3000
20-32 pax = R4000

Half Day
0-10 pax = R1000
10-20 pax = R1500
20-32 pax = R2000

Price includes:
Usage of our Projector and Screen
Filtered water provided all day
Biscuits, rusks, teas and coffee at conference breaks

Extras which can be supplied on request:

A catered lunch can be supplied upon request. There is a selection of several menus available and one of them can be selected for the conference. Of course,, we will also cater for vegetarian and other special requests. Give us a call to discuss lunch requirements, menus and to receive a quote.

There is a small bar adjacent to the function room which can accommodate a limited selection of drinks for sale. If you would like to stay for a drink after the conference, then tell us so that we can stock up on your preferences. We close the bar strictly at 6 pm, as we must consider our lodge accommodation guests.

A 50% deposit will be required to secure the venue and will be deducted from your final bill on the day.

With its beautiful garden and setting, Blue Hills Lodge is ideal for weddings of up to about 60 people.
We can simply provide the venue, and you organise the event, or we can organise:
